*Our refund and exchange policy is temporarily null and void due to the Covid-19 pandemic. As a result, we will not provide refunds or accept exchanges at this time. If the product you received is deemed defective, your order is eligible for a return or exchange. 

Returns & Exchange Policy

To be eligible for a return and/or exchange, your item(s) must be unused, unworn, and in the original condition and packaging (if applicable) that you received it within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately after 30 days, we are unable to process any returns or exchanges.

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 3 to 6 business days, for the value of the item returned and any applicable taxes associated with the item. Shipping costs are NON-REFUNDABLE.

 

Once your exchange is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your exchange and tracking information for the exchanged item back to you.

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs to you are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee and cannot be held responsible if we do not receive your returned item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Shipping Policy
Shipment errors will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis. However, If your package is returned to us due to an insufficient address, shipping charges do apply to ship your order out again. We are not responsible for packages once they are in the hands of the mailing organization.

How much does shipping cost?


Shipping rates are calculated via UPS or USPS Calculator for all Domestic & International Orders.




When will my order arrive?


All Domestic and International orders are shipped via UPS or USPS Ground. We do not offer expedited shipping at this time. Please allow up to 4 business days for order processing/payment verification, and an additional 5-7 business days for delivery.




I'd like to exchange an item from my order, how can I do that?


If all tags are intact (still attached to the item) and the item is still in it's original packaging, we will gladly assist in reviewing your order for exchange. We require that photos be sent in so that we may properly review these items in question. Please contact ordaingerous@gmail.com for more information.




I Received A Defective / Wrong Product


Feel free to send us an email at ordaingerous@gmail.com to notify us of the mix up. Please include your order number, name and email used on the order. Make sure to specify the concern: original product ordered as well as the actual product you received including the style/design, color and size. Please attach a picture of the product(s) showing the mishap. Example: showing the defect, the size, or wrong item.




Do you restock your inventory?


Due to the limited nature of each collection, restocks may not be available for certain items. Limited releases will not be restocked once sold out.
